Jens Markus Lindhe’s
photographs captures the classical Copenhagen architecture of today, which takes the viewers back to the era of Vilhelm Hammershøi (1864-1916).

The great Danish painter of the golden age was born and lived almost all his life in Copenhagen. Through the architecture and interiors – still intact – of Copenhagen, the Danish photographer and architect shows that the motives of Hammershøi still are a part of the urban space of Copenhagen.
