For prestigious events, the 150m2 loft located on the seventh floor offers a newly renovated modular space with warm contemporary Danish interior design and a capacity of 90 people. The 30m2 balcony provides a spectacular view of Paris.

Staf Costs — Mandatory event coordinator during daytime – From 6pm: Mandatory event coordinator & supervisor– + mandatory security guard during major events on the Champs-Elysées (Bastille Day, Tour de France, New Year’s Eve, etc.) and for over 100-people events.
During the week — from 7am to 10pm: 25 € not including tax/per hour/per person, from 10pm to 7am: 35 € not including tax/per hour/per person. Weekends and public holidays: contact us
Equipment and furniture
A wide range of equipment will facilitate the organisation of your conference, presentations, screenings, product launches, and nighttime events in all peace of mind (sound system includes 2 HF microphones, 2 Samsung Full HD wall screens with projector system, multi-coloured LED ceiling lighting).
LOOP tables (200cm x 92,5cm x 72 cm) and 24 NXT Peter Karpf chairs suitable for a 24-people seated dinner. The tables can also be used for buffet setting during cocktail evenings. 80 CHAIRIK chairs for conferences and presentations. Danish design lounge furniture, lamps and rugs to create a relaxing atmosphere (Kim Naver, Hans J. Wegner, Louise Campbell, Grete Jalk, Nanna Ditzel, Cécilie Manz,… etc.).
