JETTE BANGTestimony of Greenland from the years 1930-60

In 1936, at just 22, young Danish photographer and adventurer Jette Bang went to Greenland on an 8-months trip. She traveled along the west coast on sledge and stayed in isolated settlements where she shared the daily life of the local population. She gathered a unique collection and testimony from her many pictures of the hunting culture of the time.
